Night Out Dinner and a Movie

Having just returned from viewing the movie Avatar in 3D at a theater I thought I might add my interpretation to my Blog.

My husband Thomas R. Morris went with me and we made a night of it going to dinner prior to the movie. This was sort of a belated birthday present to myself so I treated Tom to dinner and a movie. Actually, the only way I can get him to a movie is to pay for it myself. He enjoys eating out but not one to sit long in a movie theater.

I love going because being a homebody, it is the only night out at my age I can have with my spouse since he is not a dancer.

Of course, these days neither am I since my two surgeries expecting at least once or two more. Having titanium in my neck and trouble with my legs and nervous system made me appreciate this movie that much more. Tom and I both have a fear of not being able to walk. We figure it was due to all our world travels when we worked for the government if the truth be known. Avatar was a joy.

Tom and I were pulling for the underdogs which as he said is usually human nature to pull for the smaller or little guy with least hope of surviving whatever scenario two counterparts might enter.

The meaning of avatar is one I am very familiar with from my earlier days in the last century as I was growing up as a young woman who had a near death experience and desiring to learn about life and living all over again with an inner and outer separation that was caused due to my out of body experience. This movie Avatar has various layers like our lives as compared to an onion with many layers. This movie is like our lives being that we always have something new to learn and we can change our ways and our views. We are intelligent beings who can adapt and overcome. Avatar is a perfect work and a perfect word to begin using in the general populace for this time beginning 2010.

If I was going to be remembered in this life I would want it to be as an avatar based on my experiences and sharing my life with others.

I learned the word avatar which according to the short meaning printed in the Oxford American Dictionary means n. (in Hindu Mythology) descent of a deity, etc., to earth in bodily form.

In the movie the bodies that have been created from another world humanoid and that of one of earth is the creation that is called Avatar which is what the star of the movie becomes and is called the "driver". The movie is exceptional and 3D has come a long way since I was a child in the 50´s with 13 ghosts. This is changing the movie industry with many 3D movies to follow as you will see.

The Avatar movie is worth the money and time so go see it. If you like science, technology, the future, and possibly science fiction or any of these topics or genres you will certainly enjoy this movie which I was told tonight has topped the 1 Billion mark gross at the box office for ticket sales. There are some undercurrents for those into philosophy and spirituality as well. There are scenes for botanists and anthropologists, as well as, nature lovers. It is an all around good movie that is nothing like one expects when seeing the characters. They become real to the mind and is not a childish movie at all like many characterizations become in our minds.

How this was effective for me was dealing with life on earth as one of an intelligent being species that is considered a humanoid species. Both of the main stars male character´s part is male as a human and a blue alien humanoid and both are intelligent being species. The earth´s military has some great weaponry but the mental trip that one is taken on as we as spectators or viewers take along with the characters is almost real to the mind wearing these 3D glasses. I highly recommend it for someone who enjoys experiences. It is more than a movie and will have you wondering how much of you is really into being a physical and mental human desiring to fight for your own species as opposed to a more spiritual one that is only visited through the main character.

As one who has always considered my own self somewhat of an Avatar since my near death experience and out of body experience, this really hit home in my own minds eye and spirit. One might say that anyone that has not had a disassociation of mind over matter or an out of body experience well, this will give you that feeling. It explains what it is like for us at night when we fly in our dreams.

This had several particular instances where I felt calm and familiar with the way the plot developed. This was a director and film maker who has truly been touched by a higher power in order to allow this world´s intelligent beings experience what being human is truly like from inside and out with a third person point of view.

I compare it to the way the old adage used in the Christian Culture of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, or the trinity in which was also touched on in the Matrix. This may not be as spiritual to many who are into the Matrix Trilogy but along those lines when it comes to deeper or hidden meanings for those who want to go there.

There is a deep meaning of the Mother Goddess or Mother Nature in all things in this movie that some in science call the God Particle in all things or the energy that goes on forever and cannot be destroyed. There is mention made that the spirit we use in life is only borrowed and returns back to from when it came or some such underlying peace in the story.

What I liked is the part of the movie for geeks and brain trainers. Those who like mind mazes and brain teases with the wonderment in life as to which came first the chicken or the egg. There are parts in this movie that will have you wondering about life in other worlds and a part of you that may surface allowing you to know that other worlds really do exist somewhere in the deep recesses of our own DNA and Genome molecules of which is referred too also in this movie. It has a place where science meets spirituality and becomes allies while fighting the greater force of human destruction for power and gain over a mineral that the corporations on earth believe they need to satisfy stock holders quarterly reports which will bring home the challenge and changes we are now facing in 2010 through December 21, 2012, 11:11.

Those of us who channel energy, memories, and download satellite imagery in our brains as remote viewers can tell you than it is entirely possible that our memory banks can remember our past lives. This part of the veil being lifted for some of us who have had near death experiences and out of body experiences have epiphanies and life changing experiences in an altered state of consciousness. Some of us begin believing in our own past life memories because they are too real to be anything else. We begin searching for a deeper meaning to life than what we have been taught to believe on earth in the last 20th century. We believe the 21st century is about raising the bar or awareness of our spirits and our souls of the entire human race which is called ascension.

I believe in "Living in the Moment but, be mindful of preparing for the worst, while being Optimistic. It's not practical to dwell on what might happen but being forewarned is healthy." Stay hopeful while basing your research about life on empirical review can only assist us as we plan our futures." Books are coming out and will be availble in 2010 by both Tom and TJ Morris.

My husband is not as much a recluse as I. However, we get a lot of astral travel in this lifetime. It's complicated. But then, that is what being Avatars are all about. Try it.
